<p style="text-align: center;">1. Wipe chicken with paper towel.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">2. Lumur  chicken with olive oil and salt.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">3.Next, dump in lemon cubes, garlic inside the chicken. Sprinkle some rosemary, black pepper and salt too.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">4. Tie up the chicken to close the back of the chicken. If u dont have a &#8216;string&#8217;, u can use satay stick instead to close it up.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">5.Then, lumur the whole chicken with crashed black pepper (ikut suka hati nk byk mana) and don&#8217;t forget to sprinkle some rosemary on top of the chicken too..</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">6. Place the chicken in the pre-heated oven (225 deg) for 90 minutes or until chicken turns golden brown&#8230;.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">7. Best served HOT.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">I made this <strong><span style="color: #33cccc;">Simple Tiramisu </span></strong>(CMS-Cepat, Mudah n Sedap) for the family&#8230;here&#8217;s the recipe:</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong><span style="color: #00ff00;">Ingredients:</span></strong><br />
2 or 3 packets of tiramisu lady fingers biscuits/sponge fingers/boudoir (depending on yr container size)<br />
250gm cream cheese<br />
200gm whipping cream<br />
100gm gula halus<br />
1 cup of hot nescafe  (without sugar)<br />
cocoa powder (for decoration)<br />
2 or 3 drops of coconut oil (for flavouring &#8211; optional)</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff6600;">Method:</span></strong><br />
1. Cream cream cheese, whipping cream n sugar till fluffy. Then add 2 or 3 drops of coconut oil &#8211; I named this<strong><span style="color: #ff00ff;"> (A)</span></strong><br />
2. Dunk tiramisu fingers in hot nescafe and layer them in container &#8211; I named this <span style="color: #ffff00;"><strong>(B)</strong></span><br />
3. Pour 1/3 of <strong><span style="color: #ff00ff;">(A)</span></strong> on the 1st layer and ratakan<br />
4. Continue with<span style="color: #ffff00;"><strong> (B)</strong></span> and <strong><span style="color: #ff00ff;">(A) </span></strong>until<span style="color: #ff00ff;"><strong> (A)</strong></span> is the last layer<br />
5. Decorate it with powdered cocoa (ikut suka hati) &#8211; if nak powder layer by layer for <span style="color: #ff00ff;"><strong>(A) </strong></span>pun sedap<br />
6. Chill it in fridge before serving&#8230;wallllaaaaaaa&#8230;..Good luck!</p>

Here&#8217;s the resulted Kuih Kria I&#8217;ve made myself&#8230;.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">Now, here&#8217;s the recipe:<br />
<strong>1/2 kg keledek</strong> (rebus and mash)<br />
<strong>Tepung gandum</strong> (gaul sket2 bersama mashed keledek sampai jari jemari tak melekit)<br />
Then, bentukkan bulat2 pastu buat lubang kat tengah2&#8230;.n digoreng until slightly golden brown&#8230;<br />
Meanwhile, u can prepare the Sira gula&#8230;U just need <strong>1 cup of sugar</strong> and <strong>1/2 cup of water</strong>&#8230;dissolve under a medium heat&#8230;.stir the mixture until berbuih2&#8230;.stir for about 1 or 2 minutes&#8230;then quickly add in the fried dough and gaul skali ngan sira gula tadi (under medium heat)&#8230;Gaul smua until u see the sira gula is thickening onto the dough&#8230;.and you&#8217;re done!!!Simple kan??I&#8217;ll definitely try this recipe again next time&#8230;.</span></p>
