Singapore 09 – Part 2

Alhamdulillah, ‘tersempat’ gaks I update part 2 ni….

Al-kisahnya, after the 1st day we reached Singapore, both my sons were not feeling well….

I think Rayyan jangkit ngan Abang Rizq…

While Abang Rizq’s fever came back and

one by one showed the same symptom of flu n sore throat with high fever

We even brought Rayyan to the nearest clinic for his medication…

To shorten the story, we were busy handling the kids in Singapore

The virus made my kids so weak, the fever came on and off

both of them changed antibiotics two times…

Rayyan even went to ‘emergency’ at Gleneagles, KL after I noticed his body temperature did not decrease since we depart from JB (we drove back to KL)….

Kat emergency, dr said he did not want Rayyan to be admitted coz blood test showed no sign of ‘dengue’….just monitor him fro a few days more (with new medicine)….and Alhamdulillah, Rayyan was feeling much better after 2 days…

Abang Rizq was OK on the day we reached KL but his high fever came back and sore throat (with phlegm) became worst

So we brought him to a Specialist at Gleneagles Intan again and was given a new course of medicine…Alhamdulillah, his health was back to normal again after 3 days….

In short, we did not SHOP in Singapore even though there were lotsa SALES…..

Lastly, thank you so much to hubby’s relatives for being there for us when we needed them most…

Che Jaafar, Che Yam n family….thank you so much for your warmest hospitality….I love the ‘Sup Tulang’ so much….Yazed’s aunty Che Yam even tapau for us Special Sup Tulang Singapore coz we were at their home all the time taking care of the kids…..

Che Tony, Bik Safiah, Nenek and the rest of the family thanks for ‘temaning’ us at GeyLang (we had lunch after bringing Rayyan to the clinic)….

Singapore December ‘09

I’m still in the 2009 mood……NOTTT! Of course I’m into 2010 now….another 10 years to go for 2020…see how time flies?? I’ll be 40 by then (InsyaAllah)….

Well, as a promise to myself I’m just updating my blog for the things that happened to me since Dec 2009 till now…..

Ok, Dec 25th, I brought my sons to S’pore on a plane….Rizq has been wanting to ride a plane so much that hubby and I decided the easiest thing to do to fulfill his favor is to go to S’pore….I booked MAS tickets about 2 weeks ahead and guess what??? The tickets price were way cheaper than Air Asia…The price was only about RM5** for all 4 of us compared to Air Asia RM1000!!!!

And so on Christmas evening, my big bro send all of us to Putrajaya KLIA Transit. Here’s another advantage for us (yg dok kat Cheras), reason why we took the transit from Putrayaja was becoz when I made ticket price comparison between Putrajaya and Bandar Tasik Selatan…byk beza woooo…..RM15 (Putrajaya) & RM65 (Bandar Tasik Selatan)…banyak bezakan???

As a first timer (not for hubby), we all hopped happily on the transit…siap amik gambar kat dalam…ngeh2…the ride was so fast that it only took about 10 minutes to reach KLIA!!! Wow, so efficient!!! We reached KLIA around 6.30pm….our departure time 7.30pm. We didn’t feel rushing becoz we did our advance check in via ‘web check-in’..so EASY as 123….senang je..juz go here and fill in some details and wallaaaa siap….sampai kat KLIA terus gi counter check in luggage (if ade), kalu ade hand luggage jek terus print boarding pass kat ‘Boarding Pass’ machine….so easy kan?

We boarded MH*** at 7.30pm…baru abis minum a glass of served orange juice, alih2 the chief FA announced we have arrived at Changi Singapore Airport..haiyaaa….tak sampai setengah jam pon journey tu…Rizq asked me, “Mama, why so fast? I want to sit here some more”…ngeh..ngeh….

Btw, I forgot to mention, Rizq was having a slight fever during this time….remember he went for a swim at KLGCC??? Yes, he had sore throat and fever. ye lah mana tak nye, mandi 4 hours straight non stop???Dr said might be becoz he was playing under the hot sun and been in the water too long…tu yg kena infection kat throat….I already gave him a course of antibiotic plus other related medicine….and pray he will recover by the time we fly to S’pore…and yes, Alhamdulillah the fever subsided during the flight….

At the airport, our relatives picked us and brought us out for supper plus jln2 amik angin kat Orchard Road.

It’s only 9pm and I’m already MISSING my son…

I send him to his Nenek n atuk’s house at Ampang this evening for a night…..

“Alam Damai – Ampang, almost 20km je, Sarah?Takkan dah rindu kot..hahaha”

I’ve been quite busy these past few days….

WHY?!

I brought my sons to our National Library….Registered them as members….Rizq wanted so much to borrow a Spiderman book but he was kinda sad as there was no Spiderman book at all in the library…I even asked the counter to search via computer but it was hopeless….So I told Rizq that I’ll bring him to MPH Mid Valley to read more books…..tambah lagi lah item dalam Rizq’s holiday activities list….hahaha

Secondly since our weather is unpredictable…sekejap hujan lebat, sekejap panas, all my laundry tak kering2…ade gaks yg sampai 3 days nak kering betul2….so in the end i send all my wet laundry to my nearest dobi….everytime i finished washing them, I’ll drive to the dobi and asked them to dry….1kg=RM1…reasonable gaks lah the price…at least x lah menimbun baju kat umah i ni…hehe

Thirdly, I sibuk sket buat cakes for my customers……Alhamdulillah, everyweek Monday depa order the cakes…so mostly my weekends will be occupied….I’m so happy and thankful!

Well, here’s my hasil kerja….i hope all my customers are satisfied!

Ok this time around i want to write something backwards….ye lah slalu sgt start citer happenings from morning till night..so this time I nak start citer what happened from night back to morning….hehe..saje je…

My Hari Raya Aidil Adha went like this……

Of course, after a tiring but fun day, the whole family carik bantal tido dlm kul 10pm…everyone including my parents in law were exhausted…so we ended up sleeping early, right after we watched Nur Kasih (last episod)….

Well, talking about Nur Kasih, I loved the drama so much but I only managed to follow the weekly show about 1 months ago (the last 4 episodes)…jln cerita before2 ni, my mom yg citer so at least I tak lah ketinggalan sgt sbb tgk last2 episodes tu…..but for me last night’s LAST episode was not to my expectation, well i like the part that both Adam and Nur got united again and life happily ever after BUT the part that I DON”T LIKE is the scene where they met again…so NOT REAL…tak best langsung…to me, both of them terjumpa dalam train adalah idea yg paling tak kreatif….ntahlah i just felt that Pengarah dah xde idea camne nak endkan the “HAPPY’ scene….so jumpa dalam ketapi jelah yg plg ok…haha….ini hanayalah pendapat saya sahaja…hehe

OK back to reality. In the evening, around 4pm, we reached my parents house at Ampang….there was a small Raya gathering for the whole family

a small Birthday Celebration for my little nephew, Nur Muhammad Hikmah. He turned 2 Years Old, 23rd Nov 2009.

Here’s the cake I made for Muhammad…My brother (Muhammad’s Abuyah) told me that Muhammad likes to watch ‘Cars’ cartoon movie, so I pun bertungkus lumus menyiapkan this 2 tier cake (Top layer butter cake, bottom layer choc moist cake) bertemakan the ‘Cars’ movie…Lightning Mcqueen sitting on the dessert road surrounded with Cactus trees and dessert rocks. So inilah kaitannya ngan tajuk post ni…hehe

Food was as always marvelous and delicious…my mom prepared her specialty Soto Ayam Nasi Empit. Side dishes: Dominos Pizza, KFC, Fruit cake and Oranges….
